Jura 12 Yr ISLE

Isle Of Jura 12 Year Old is crafted in exceptionally tall stills and then matured for 12 years in ex-bourbon American white oak barrels. It is then finished in fine aged oloroso sherry casks. A golden-hue colour. It has refined succulent tropical aromas – chocolate, walnut and citrus fruit. This is followed by coffee, liquorice, salted bananas, brown sugar and a whisk of smoke in the aftertaste. In all, a rich and rounded whisky with a balance of subtle smoky notes, with a sweet sherried finish.
