This crisp and refreshing Hakuto Gin produced at Matsui’s Kurayoshi distillery is made with nine unique types of botanicals: pear, juniper berry, coriander seeds, orange peels, yuzu peels, wakayama mochi, gyokuro, cherry blossoms, and black peppers. They combine to create an expression that is sweet and spicy and absolutely bursting with flavour. Perfect enjoyed on the rocks, with tonic water or as part of cocktails, this is another excellent release from the up-and-coming Matsui.
