Macallan 25 Yrs

The Macallan’s Sherry Oak series is particularly popular indeed, featuring a host of impressive single malts, all matured in oloroso sherry-seasoned casks, taking on plenty of the rich, fruity, intense character of the sherry that formerly slumbered within. This particular edition spent 25 years maturing, and its flavour profile definitely lets on that it has spent a good long while resting in oak. Smashing stuff.
