Copperfield London Dry Gin is produced by the Surrey Copper Distillery, based on a recipe first published all the way back in 1757 by Ambrose Cooper. The recipe calls for a selection of 10 botanicals, including juniper, lemon peel, elderflower, angelica, cubeb berries, caraway, orris root, liquorice, cardamom and coriander. The gin’s name comes from the Charles Dickens book, not the magician.
